- You can make a reservation by contacting us by phone or e-mail. Let us know when you would like to come, how many days to stay and how many people will be with you. We will check the availability of rooms for you and confirm the possibility and costs of booking.
- The condition for making a reservation is a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay. Failure to pay the deposit within the time specified in the booking confirmation is tantamount to cancellation of the booking.
- In the title of the transfer, please enter the name and surname under which the reservation is made, the exact address and the date of stay.
- Payment for the stay must be made on the first day of check-in.
- The prices do not include the resort fee, collected for the Municipal Office in Polanica Zdrój in the amount of PLN 4.50 per person for each day of stay.
- Persons wishing to receive a VAT invoice for a business entity (company) are required to provide the tax identification number at the stage of making the reservation (before making the payment, including a deposit or advance). If a receipt is issued for a natural person, it will not be possible to issue a VAT invoice later (for a company).
- The accommodation day begins at 14:00 and ends at 11:00 am
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be arranged in advance
