Terms and conditions

We welcome you to Villa Adele and wish you a pleasant stay. We will be grateful for reading the rules in place at Villa Adele contained in these regulations, which is to ensure the peace and safety of our guests.

  1. Rooms in the villa are rented for days. The accommodation day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day.
  2. Upon arrival, please report to the service in order to fulfil the registration obligations and settle the payment for your stay. The basis for the Guest’s check-in is the presentation of an ID with a photo.
  3. When renting a room, the guest determines the duration of their stay in the villa. The guest may extend the stay after agreeing it with the receptionist. Willingness to extend your stay should be reported by 20.00 the previous day. Extensions are made whenever possible.
  4. If, on the day of the planned departure, the guest wishes to extend his stay in the villa beyond 11:00, without prior arrangement at the reception, a 24-hour fee will be added to his bill.
  5. The condition for the reservation is to pay a deposit or pay in full for the booked stay. The payment is made to the indicated bank account. The account number is given when confirming the reservation.
  6. The reservation is considered to be confirmed and in line with the guests’ expectations after paying a deposit of at least 30% of the total price, with the proviso that the value of the deposit may not be lower than the price of one day.
  7. Failure to pay the deposit or the amount due within the agreed period will automatically cancel the reservation, and the payment after the specified date may result in a change of the room type, location and equipment for guests, and in special cases, a change of the accommodation facility.
  8. In the event of cancellation of the arrival, the down payment / payment for the stay is not refundable regardless of the circumstances.
  9. If you do not check in by 22.00 on the day of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit / payment for the stay will not be refunded.
  10. By paying the down payment, the customer accepts the above conditions and the offer to which the purchase relates.
  11. The payment for the stay is collected on the day of arrival. In the event of non-payment on arrival, the villa staff may interrupt guests’ stay in the room at any time or prevent their accommodation.
  12. The guest is obliged to pay the entire amount indicated on the booking confirmation, even if the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened for reasons beyond the villa’s control (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc.).
  13. In the event of departure earlier than provided for in the reservation, the fee for the unused part of the stay is not refundable, and we do not provide for a reduction in the price of the service for the unused period.
  14. With the key to the room you will receive the key to the front door – one set per room. After the expiry of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the received set of keys to the hosts. The guest will be charged 120 PLN for losing the set of keys. The key to the front door is not disclosed if the facility is open 24 hours a day and in the case of using an electronic front door lock – then the service provides the unlocking code.
  15. Before leaving the room, the guest should:
    • close the taps;
    • close the windows or immobilize them with appropriate devices in order to protect them against damage in the event of a storm;
    • turn off devices that use electricity (lighting, TV).
  16. Please lock the front door with a key or, if it is locked with an electronic lock, close it.
  17. Smoking and the use of other psychoactive substances is strictly forbidden in the entire facility, as well as in rooms (this also applies to bathrooms). Smoking is allowed outside the building in designated areas.
  18. It is necessary to keep quiet in the villa from 22.00 to 6.00 a.m.
  19. Villa Adele is obliged to provide guests with:
    • conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
    • security of stay, including the security of keeping secret information about the Guest,
    • professional and courteous service in the field of all services provided in the guesthouse,
    • cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs of the devices during the Guest’s absence, and in their presence only if they wish to do so.
  20. Persons who are not registered in the villa may stay in it only with the prior consent of the hosts, but not longer than until 22.00.
  21. The guest of the villa is not allowed to transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
  22. It is forbidden to have weapons and other items that may be dangerous to health and life on the premises of the villa.
  23. Do not move the furnishings of guest rooms or change their settings without notice and approval of the staff. Please do not take towels, blankets and other equipment outside the building or to other rooms from the room.
  24. The villa accepts guests with pets, but the owner is responsible for the damage caused.
  25. Parking of vehicles is allowed only in the place designated for this purpose. Parking is free, unguarded. Villa is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.
  26. The Villa is not responsible for the loss or damage to the property of the guests.
  27. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other similar electrical devices in the rooms that are not permanent equipment of these rooms. It is also forbidden to use open fire.
  28. The guest of the villa is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The guest should notify the hosts of the villa about the damage immediately after its discovery. In the event of damage by the villa’s employees, the guest who rented the room will be charged for the damage caused to it.
  29. Parents, guardians or the leisure organizer are jointly and severally liable for damages caused by children.
  30. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
    • being under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
    • which behave aggressively, in a manner commonly considered vulgar.
  31. The behaviour of people using the services of the villa should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. Villa may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises, cause unpleasant odors, or other things that disturb, harm or irritate other guests of the villa.
  32. Villa reserves the right to refuse to continue providing services in the event of a drastic breach of the regulations by guests.
  33. The facility may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate the order and the rules of the regulations while staying in the guest rooms, and may request that they leave the villa immediately without reimbursement of the fee paid for the stay.
  34. Personal belongings left in the room by the departing guest will be sent to the address provided at the customer’s expense. If we do not receive such an instruction, the items will be stored for a period of 1 month and then destroyed.
  35. The customer has the right to submit a complaint in connection with the stay, after paying the entire amount for the stay. The complaint should be sent by e-mail to the address info@villaadele.com . Complaints will be considered within 14 working days from the date of its receipt.
